Silverblue attempt to make the web store as secure as we can possibly make it. All personal and payment information is encrypted and securely processed. None of your personal information is stored or shared.

PRICES
All prices on the Silverblue website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%. Please note that delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product. 
We accept payment by PayPal and credit card.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We use express Australia Post & shipping for all non sale items, it is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $200. For Sale items we use standard Australia Post, please allow up to 3-5 working days. For International Shipping please contact Silverblue for a quote (susan@silverblue.org.au)
Unfortunately we cannot ship Artwork and Sunnylife Floats, these items will need to be picked up from our Silverblue Shop in Freshwater.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SILVERBLUE ACCEPT?
Credit, debit cards and Paypal.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time across Australia is generally between 2 ~ 4 days. We ship from our store in Sydney, so orders to Western Australia and the Northern Territory may on occasion take longer than three days.

Order processing time is 1-2 days.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Yes you can!

RETURNS
Silverblue will happily offer you an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused, and all original packaging otherwise we will be unable to issue you with an exchange. There is no return / exchange on SALE ITEMS.  

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of any returns back to Silverblue. We suggest shipping with insurance and tracking.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Contact Silverblue to inform of return. You must package the return carefully and ensure all original packaging and instructions are included in the shipment, as Silverblue can not accept returns without original packaging. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, and we suggest using tracking and insurance. Ship to Silverblue at 15 Albert Street Freshwater NSW 2096. Silverblue will refund your payment upon receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition. Refunds are always made in the manner of the original purchase, for example, credit card payments will have refunds placed on the same card.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault with any Silverblue item after arrival.
